The Administrator collects personal data from users of the online store: https://www.fourzeros.online/.

The primary method of collecting personal data is through the voluntary completion of a form. The Administrator thus collects the user’s name, surname, address details, phone number, and email address. The data is stored by the Administrator in a format that allows for its transfer. During the ordering process, image files, text, and graphic files may also be provided to the Administrator, as these files may be necessary for order fulfillment.

COOKIES

PURPOSES AND DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Order Fulfillment

To provide the service, i.e., order fulfillment as per the contract, the legal basis for processing is the execution of a contract concluded electronically.Consent is voluntary and constitutes a contractual requirement, necessary for the execution of the agreement. The agreement involves the production and sale of products you ordered. This means that without your consent to process your data, we will not be able to fulfill your order.

We store your data for no longer than is necessary for the proper execution of the order. After the order is fulfilled and delivered, image data is retained in our system to handle any potential complaints. After this period, the data is permanently deleted, unless you opt for a paid service of storing photos on our server.In exceptional cases, data may be stored for the time required to resolve a dispute or secure legal claims.

Marketing – Contextual Advertising

The Administrator processes users' personal data for marketing purposes by directing contextual advertising (i.e., advertising tailored to the content of the websites where it is displayed).

Data processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Marketing – Behavioural Advertising

The Administrator processes users' personal data, including data collected via cookies and similar technologies, for marketing purposes in connection with behavioral advertising (i.e., advertising tailored to the user's preferences). This involves profiling users.

Data collected using these technologies for marketing purposes, particularly to promote third-party services and products, is processed based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator and only with the user's consent to use cookies.

For analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which involves analyzing user activity on the Administrator’s websites to improve functionality.

For the potential establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which involves protecting its rights.

YOUR RIGHTS

  • Right to information: You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data within the scope specified in Article 15 of the GDPR.
  • Right to rectification: In accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, provided that its further processing is not necessary:

If we process your personal data for the purposes described above, to protect our legitimate interests that prevail in the balancing of interests, you may object to such processing, with effect for the future. If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise this right at any time, as described above.     After exercising the right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for those purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. The Administrator will fulfill the user's request promptly. Deletion, restriction, transfer, and objection to data processing will affect the services provided by the Administrator and will likely prevent the proper provision of these services. In connection with the execution of services, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including but not limited to, entities such as banks and payment operators, legal and audit service providers, courier companies (for order fulfillment), marketing agencies (for marketing services), and entities associated with the Administrator, including companies within its capital group.

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

We store your data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its termination for the following purposes:

  • Pursuing claims related to the performance of the contract,
  • Fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations, including, in particular, tax and accounting obligations.

We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you withdraw your consent.

In the case of contests and promotional campaigns that you may participate in, we will process your data for the duration of the event, the prize distribution period, and the time stipulated in the contract.

PRINT IT. SERVICE employs extensive technical and operational security processes to protect the data you provide from misuse, accidental or intentional manipulation, or unauthorized access. Our security processes are constantly improved in line with technological advancements.

The privacy policy document is continuously reviewed and updated as needed. We reserve the right to update and modify the privacy policy by publishing new content on our website. This is due to changes in technology, standards, and requirements related to conducting business online.
